War Against Terrorism: Nigerian Customs Seizes Military Uniforms, Boots At Kano Airport

The Nigerian Customs Service has seized some military apparel that were smuggled into the Kano through the Mallam Aminu Kano Airport, Kano.

The incident was confirmed by the state command comptroller, Umar Abass, at a gathering of stakeholders, today, September 16, 2014.

Abass made it known that the military gears intercepted included military camouflage uniforms and boots.

The incident, according to Umar was significant in the ongoing war against terror, considering the fact that an aircraft laden with heavy weapons was also seized in Kano few months ago.
