A bomb blast, suspected to have been carried out by Islamist sect, Boko Haram on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Karota Motorpark in Kofa-Nassarawa in Kano state has killed several and injured many others.
The number of casualties was not ascertained as at press time, although body parts were said to have been seen in the neighbourhood of the incident.
Thick smoke could also be seen several hundred meters away.
An official statement in yet to be issued.
