The Senate on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 confirmed the outgoing head of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Osita Chidoka as Minister of the Federal Republic.
He was nominated by President Goodluck Jonathan to replace former minister of avaition, Stella Oduah representing Anambra state.
The Senate also confirmed Olanrewaju Abubakar, a lecturer with the University of Abuja, as a Minister.
The two men are now waiting to be assigned portfolios by President Jonathan.
The new head of FRSC is yet to be announced by the Presidency.
