Alhaji Uba, the District Head of Zip in Taraba State, has said that he cannot afford to pay N210 million as ransom to kidnappers who abducted his son, Buhari, and six other residents of the community.
The District Head’s son, Buhari, and six others were kidnapped in Illela village, Karim-Lamido Local Government Area of Taraba State about two weeks ago.
