Ray J, real name William Ray Norwood Jr, is infamous as the co-star of a sex tape he made with ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian.
But now he’s making a name a for himself in a whole different way.
The rapper and music producer was arrested back in May at the plus Beverly Wilshire Hotel in LA after a creating mayhem in the bar.
And yesterday Los Angeles prosecutors threw the book at him with a charge-list of 10 crimes.
Among his roll call of misdemeanors were four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery and two counts of vandalism charges.
The very serious count of sexual battery was also landed on the 33-year-old singer who had been causing mayhem in the bar at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
According to TMZ he is alleged to have become rowdy and aggressive – later brushing up against a woman’s bottom and was ordered to leave.
Prosecutors have deemed his touching of the woman’s bottom sexual battery after she filed a complaint that has been held.
It appears that after the altercation in the bar Ray J left and then went on an alcohol-fueled rampage.
He was arrested but kicked out the window of the police car he was being detained in claiming he was feeling claustrophobic.
To add insult to injury he also spat at the arresting officer who had escorted him to the waiting police car.
