Kogi Gets New Commissioner Of Police

CP Idrisu Dauda has resumed as the new Commissioner of Police in Kogi State.

The Kogi state Police Command headquarters in Lokoja on Monday, August 30, 2021, the new Commissioner of Police promised to build on the legacies of his predecessor Ayuba Ede who is now in charge of AIG zone eight.

Dauda called on all stakeholders to assist the command towards fighting crimes and criminality in the State.

When asked on the recent attack on some police officers around Kabba axis, the CP said “we will continue to sensitize our men to be vigilant to avoid reoccurrence of this ugly incident.”

CP Dauda was formerly in charge of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Kogi State command before he went for a professional course.
