LAGOS, Nigeria — Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson-Okojie and her husband, Odianosen Okojie, have celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary with messages reflecting on their marriage.
Johnson-Okojie, 41, marked the anniversary on Thursday, August 27, 2026, by sharing photographs of the couple and a message of gratitude with her followers on Instagram.
The actress described their years together as a period shaped by affection, endurance, companionship and mutual trust.
“I keep writing and deleting, but I am so thankful, Lord,” she wrote. “Cheers to 15 years of love, laughter, tenacity, partnership, tolerance and trust. The order varies for any given year….”
Addressing her husband directly, she added: “Prince Odi Okojie, love you today and always…”

Okojie responded beneath the post with his own anniversary message.
“15 years down, forever to go! Congratulations, my love. I love you!” he wrote.
The couple married in August 2011 and have four children: three daughters and a son.
Their anniversary photographs drew congratulatory messages from fans and members of Nigeria’s entertainment industry.
Actors Mercy Aigbe, Rita Dominic, Moyo Lawal and Lilian Afegbai were among those who responded to the celebration.
