A man named Michael Peacock, filed a lawsuit against his boss after losing a testicle at work, according to court documents in New Jersey.
Peacock, 45, claims that he had to have a testicle removed after his drunk manager grabbed his private parts.
Peacock underwent three surgeries after Richard Langtry manhandled him during a seminar. After the incident, Peacock quit his job.
Peacock, a father of two children, told a court that he suffers from chronic pain and problems in the bedroom. Peacock is demanding compensation from Langtry and his employer Iron Mountain.
Langtry was fired, but Peacock claimed his colleagues mocked him, calling him a drag queen and urged him to cut off the other testicle.
Peacock is seeking unspecified damages.
