Here is the historic phone call President Goodlick Jonathan put across to General Muhammadu Buhari to congratulate him on his victory at the polls.
President Jonathan made the call at exactly 5:15pm on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 while the elections results was still being announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
