SHOCKING! Nigerian Army Secretly Issuing ‘Resident Permit’ To Fulani’s In South-East [Document]

Must read

A document has surfaced which suggests the Nigerian Army is secretly issuing “Resident Permit” to Fulani’s in the south-east, NewsBand reports.

The purported identity card bears the inscription “Fulani Resident Permit” boldly written on it.

According to the document, it was issued at the Headquarters of 14 Brigade of the Nigerian Army at Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Barracks in Ohafia, Abia State.

The name of the recipient is Ibrahim Saleh, a “businessman”, born in 1995 and originally from Katsina, the home state of President Muhammadu Buhari.

It also noted that the validity of the document is one year, from January 2021 to December 2021.

It did not, however, state the purpose of the issued document.

Reacting to the weird ID card, a concerned citizen, Mr. Kingsley John Chibuzor asked the Army to explain the rationale behind issuing such documents to unknown persons in a state far away from the home.

He said: “Nigerian Army must tell the whole world the meaning of this ID Card.

“It’s very clear that after importing terrorists from across Sahel into Nigeria, the Nigeria Army will house terrorists in their various military camps, where they will be given an ID card with the inscription “Fulani Resident Permit“.”

He blamed politicians from the South East for the collapse of security architecture in the region and urged them to live up to their calling and get the details behind the document.

He stated further: “It is high time South East politicians must start waking up from their slumber and tackle the main brains behind the insecurity in the South East.

“I have said this before that Fulani terrorists are already present in the South East, due to foolishness and dumbness of our so-called political leaders.

“The reason for issuing ID cards to all the Fulani jihadists across the south is to serve as a backup, so in order not to be checkmated by any security agency.

“Things have already fallen apart courtesy to the brainless politicians in the South East,” he lamented.

Officials of the Nigerian Army are yet to respond to an inquiry over the subject matter sent for clarification as of press time.
