All of a sudden story has changed to he cannot fix 16 years of rot in 6 months.
No one is asking him to fix anything.
It is not as if he met a country ravaged by war or some plague.

I even hear the weekly FEC meetings won’t happen again, that they will only meet once in a while to discuss policy direction.

Today is 30th November 2015. No one has talked about a 2016 budget talk less submitted one.
