God never abandons whatever He begins. It’s consistent with His nature to finish whatever He begins: Jesus said to the disciples that He had to finish the work that He came to the earth to do, and when He was done, He said that it was finished.
Philippians 1:6 says, “And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.” In the same way, we are certain that God will finish the good work which He began in our lives.
Sometimes, when something is started, it starts well, then somewhere along the line it looks like it may not get completed, for different reasons; e.g. lack of resources. Once God is involved you have nothing to worry about! He who led the Israelites out of Egypt led them safely and successfully to the Promised Land! Hallelujah!
Prophetic Declaration
I declare in agreement with the word of God for today, that God will complete every good work which He began in my life. Therefore, I have no worries and doubts; I know that God is faithful and that He will do it. Amen.
