Augustine said the bullet is still in his tight causing him so much discomfort. He said he witnessed a man beside him take a bullet to his side.

“The bullet in me is even giving me discomfort. (The bullet is) affecting my leg, making it swell up everyday”, he said.

He added: “I wonder why the government is saying they didn’t shoot at us when I still have a bullet inside my body.”

Olufunmi Aiyedungbe, sister of a victim of the shooting who died from bullet wounds, says her, brother Gabriel Aiyedungbe, was hospitalised for two weeks before news about his condition reached his family.
