Just this photo of Winnie Mandela kissing Graca Mandela on the lips (and the others) tell all the story that there is to tell. United in grief, united to honour the man they both shared, however we describe these photos of Winnie Mandela, the ex-wife of the late Nelson Mandela and of his third wife and widow, Graca Mandela at the funeral events for Nelson Mandela, one thing is sure, these emotions are real and it is a testament to the spirit of the man, Madiba as a unifier.

  1. Winnie is a typical African married woman, she did not divorce Mandela, that was just paper work, Mandela also said he will always love her. Graca never suffered like Winnie that is why she understands the situation, I respect her for taking care of him
, she truly loved him-a typical African married woman.
Winnie was emotionally and physically abused by the boers during the apartheid era and she suffered a lot for Mandela,s name and she never had other children out of her marriage. 27 years is too much for a young married woman with small children. I do not condone what she did but I blame the system of the time.
Winnie will remain the mother of the nation, please stop criticising, she is human.
