ATLANTA, USA – Valentine Ozigbo, a respected Nigerian business leader who is a 2021 Anambra Gubernatorial Candidate, is set to address an esteemed audience of Ndi Anambra in the US as they gather at the Anambra State Association USA (ASA-USA) National Convention 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia this weekend.
Set to witness a compelling line-up of discussions, tournaments, and sessions from October 12 to 14, 2023, the theme for this year’s convention is ‘Unity, Progress, & Transparency: Making a Difference Through Medical & Education Mission’.
The convention will kick off on October 12 with a tennis tournament at the Marriot Courtyard. On October 13, the convention officially opens, leading to a series of diverse programs.
A notable highlight of the convention will be the political forum focusing on ‘The Role of the Diaspora in Building a New Anambra. This segment will feature an interactive Q&A session with Mr Valentine Ozigbo with Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, representing Anambra South zone, joining him.
The crowning moment of the convention will be the closing Gala Night on October 14, where Ozigbo, a distinguished leader and advocate for Anambra’s development, will deliver the keynote address.
His highly anticipated speech is expected to shed light on the current state of affairs in Anambra and provide a vision for the future.
In addition to the political forum, attendees can look forward to Dr. Daniel William presenting a crucial paper on “Black on Black Crimes” and an address on the state of affairs by Ichie Damian Afam Okeke, the Vice President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide.
The convention’s business session, scheduled for October 13, promises to be an insightful event, with Dr. Vincent Izuegbu serving as the Convention Chair. Other pivotal figures guiding the convention include ASA-Atlanta President Isaac Emefo and ASA-Atlanta Convention Committee Chair, Dr. Emmanuel Oduah.
