On Sunday, 7 June, 2015 Mrs. Eze gave a testimony at the Four Square Gospel Church, Obawole, Iju station that her 8-year old daughter had been kidnapped at Ogba area of Lagos State and was found at Mile 2 after 11 days.

She also told the congregation that her daughter, named Precious was forced to eat raw food and raw meat by her alleged captors and was ill as a result.

This prompted the Pastor of the Four Square Church, Rev. A.S. Adekunle to provide for the girl be taken to a medical centre on Old Akute Road for treatment.

The 8-year-old girl, who strangely, was wearing pampers was observed by the doctor on duty and the doctor could find nothing wrong with her. But her mother insisted that Precious was ill.

The doctor then suggested that the child should be kept on observation in addition to giving her an intravenous drip to flush out any disease she might have contracted. But yet again, her mother objected and demanded that the girl be given only injection.

As the argument continued, some men came in and identified the woman and her daughter as the same persons who had given an identical testimony the previous Sunday at Christ Apostolic Church in the same Obawole area and that the church had raised N5,000 for her to take care of the child.

At this revelation she was threatened with arrest, whereupon she confessed up and said the girl had not been kidnapped as she alleged. She said that she was only using her daughter to make ends meet.

Mrs. Eze was subsequently handed over to the police at Iju Police Station, Red House, Iju Ishaga, Lagos State.
