A woman who was angry with the rate of noise being made by her neighbour’s four children had allegedly poured hot water on them through the window while they were playing outside.
Although it was learnt that she was not in good terms with the neighbour.
The 38-year-old woman, Michelle Dodd is being probed after she was charged and convicted on three counts of assault in the United Kingdom.
According to the police investigation, Dodd poured water out of a window and onto her neighbor’s children.
The mother of the children, Iqbal told investigators that Dodd poured water at her four young children three times but Dodd faulted all the allegations.
According to World Wide Weird News, Dodd was was given 12 months probation and was ordered to pay 280 pounds ($435) in court costs.
