Arsenal are looking forward to signing Brazilian midfielder, Rômulo Borges Monteiro, from Spartak Moscow in a deal that will cost the Gunners £9.5million and Yaya Sanogo .
The Gunners, following their midfield troubles as most of their player are out for injuries, look certain to buy a quality defensive midfielder in January to shore up their midfield, and Rômulo has emerged as a top target.

He will be open to leaving Spartak in January, 2015 and the Daily Express says Arsenal are confident of bringing him in after making a £9.5million offer; plus the offer of striker Sanogo on-loan.
Although Spartak would love that Rômulo stays back, but the fee offer by Arsenal seems fair, while the option to get Sanogo until the end of the season could be a progressive advantage.
