Spokesman of the National Information Centre, Mike Omeri on Wedensday, February 18, 2015 said members of Boko Haram islamist sect have begun taking up menial jobs so as to escape the suspicion of security operatives.
Omeri made this known while conducting the weekly media briefing in Abuja, urging Nigerians to be extra vigilant.
He further availed that several towns in the North Eastern region of the country had been retaken by the Nigerian military with the support from the regional Multi Nation Joint Task Force (MNJTF), adding that the offensive against the insurgents will continue until the activities of the terrorists are made negligible and eventually eradicated.
