President Goodluck Jonathan on wednesday, August 13, 2014 appointed Danladi Irmiya Kifasi as the new Head of Service of the federation.
Kifasi is a former permanent secretary in the ministry of Petroleum resources.
He resumes office immediately to replace Mallam Bukar Goni who retired recently.
