Khloe Kardashian Wows Fans With New Trim Look (PHOTOS)

Khloe Kardashian was the Kardashian sister that used to be called “the big one” or “the fat one “. But this is no more because the tallest of the celebrity sisters now looks fantastic and she attributes her new looks to her recent divorce issues with Nigerian-American basketballer, Lamar Odom.

She has worked incredibly hard on improving her health and fitness in recent years.

And now Khloe Kardashian graces the front cover of the new issue of Cosmo Body magazine showing off the results of her work.

The 30-year-old looks sensational and better than ever as she poses on her hands and knees on a bed, showing off her svelte gym-honed curves in little more than a pair of briefs and a cosy jumper slipping seductively off her shoulder.

And, although she is the epitome of healthy living now, with a rigorous exercise regime and healthy diet to boot, it hasn’t always been that way for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

Over the years, she had shed the pounds and become far more confident, ditching her past image for a leaner, sleeker physique to rival her sisters Kim and Kourtney, and half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Speaking to the UK-based publication about her body image, she explained that she never thought of herself as fat, and only realised she was heavy when seeing herself in showbiz snaps.

I have never felt ‘fat’, I just didn’t realise how unhealthy I was until I look back at pictures,’ she said.

‘In the moment I felt so beautiful and I remember walking down red carpets with my make-up done in a little sparkly dress and I thought I was so cute. I had all this confidence.’

However, although she has now changed her lifestyle and has lost a lot of weight over the last few years – and, recently another 13lb by cutting out dairy – she never let the naysayers bring her down.

She used to receive a fair amount of criticism over her weight as the tallest and biggest of the Kardashian sisters, but it’s another story now.

‘Now on my Instagram page people comment saying “I liked you better when you were bigger” and I think, “Thank God I don’t live my life for other people because I’d be in a constant tug of war.”‘

The reality TV star also honed in on the fact her dramatic physical transformation began when her marriage to Lamar Odom broke down.

Although Khloe admits she never felt ‘fat’ when she was heavier, she admits she feels better now that she has taken up exercising.

She confessed: ‘When me and Lamar were having issues, I decided to channel my energy into working out… if I went out with my girlfriends I would be hounded by paparazzi and made to feel more humiliated.

‘The gym was my only refuge. I could put music on and dance around with my girlfriends and be silly.’
Khloe and Lamar tied the knot in 2009 after having known each other for a month, but they split in 2013 with Khloe filing for divorce.

However, it was recently reported by TMZ that the leggy beauty is reluctant to finalise her divorce from the basketball player as she is not ready to close the door on their relationship for good.

‘It would have been such an easy solution to get liposuction or whatever, but you have to be healthy to maintain that. I’ve always felt like “Wouldn’t it be great to accomplish that on your own?”‘

Now a proper gym bunny, Khloe is a regular visitor to the gym and she maintains that she tries to go for a workout at least five times a week.

And earlier this year, she silenced her critics with a raw and very honest post on Instagram, in which she detailed her weight loss journey along with a before and after picture, showing herself at a heavier weight against a picture of herself now, complete with pancake-flat abs and trim thighs.

Looking back at pictures of myself I didn’t realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was,’ she wrote in the accompanying caption.

‘People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don’t think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week.

‘We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don’t get discouraged and give up. Remember it is all about consistency. There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results.’

She went on: ‘Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity. They are about clarity for my mind and soul.

‘We all have different journeys in life, make sure your journey is for you and you alone. Remember in the end the turtle won the race. Slow and steady. dedication and tenacity.’

Khloe also recently opened up about shedding a further 13lb after ditching the dairy.

In an interview with E! News, she divulged: ‘I don’t eat dairy anymore—or I try not to, because I’m addicted to cheese!’

‘I lost like…13 lbs. from just cutting out dairy. I was really shocked when my nutritionist told me that.’
