German motorist staged a naked protest against high fuel prices by filling up his tank in the bare skin.
The unnamed man arrived a filling station wearing only a pair of black shoes. He filled up his tank then walked into the shop to pay. He then went back into his car and left. The whole process was caught on CCTV

A German motorist staged a naked protest at high fuel prices over Easter by filling up his tank in the buff.
The man who was not named arrived in a Renault Scenic at the Shell petrol station on the A9 motorway at Bad Klosterlausnitz, Germany, wearing only a pair of black shoes.
Station manager Frank Hollmotz, 25 said: “I guess he didn’t want to get his feet dirty. He climbed out of the car in full view of the CCTV cameras and filled up – then walked into the shop to pay. He then went back to the forecourt and climbed into his car and left.”
Staff said they would not file a complaint with police as the naked protest had not made staff feel threatened – and added they were not exactly sure if it was a crime as the petrol station was private property.
There were several angry protests in Germany over Easter after petrol companies were accused of driving up prices ahead of the Easter holiday.
German automobile club ADAC accused Aral and its parent company BP of taking advantage of customers during the high-traffic long weekend.
