Rob Kardashian left Florence, Italy before his sister Kim celebrated her nuptials Kanye West in an over-the-top wedding ceremony, and TMZ reports it is because of undisclosed family drama.
Earlier in the week, there had been reports that he would be skipping his sister’s wedding because he felt his weight was not acceptable for the event.
Kardashian reportedly booked a flight from Florence to L.A on Friday, May 23, 2014 night before the weeding and he was in tears while desperately trying to secure a seat.
It’s unclear what caused the Kardashian family dispute and it is suspected to be connected with Kardashian’s deteriorating health.
He was spotted leaving the Los Angeles airport and he refused to grant an interview.
