A commercial tricycle popularly referred to Keke Napep in the Lagos metropolis was on Sunday, August 9, 2015 seen around Oke-Ira Nla water bank on Lekki-Ajah road.
Something stood out in this particular Keke; it was covered by a mosquito net. That simply suggests it serves as someone’s home at night. The quality of livelihood of some Lagos residents is obviously so substandard.
