If recent reports spreading through the internet like wildfire is true? Then it means the that the mister incredible, M.I Abaga, premier artist of Chocolate City music has quit the music industry.

Although there’s been lots of speculated news about his intention to quit before now to pursue other career options like acting, the rapper pulled the last straw today when he shared a controversial photo via his Instagram page on Monday, August 18, 2014 announcing his decision to quit music.

After the post, the rapper quickly deleted all photos from his Instagram and Twitter page.

As painful as this news may sound to hear that a rapper who quickly rose to the top of Nigerian music scene with just one album within a year has decided to leave, reasons for this decision still remains a mystery.

M.I Abaga first came into limelight in 2008 with his debut album, ‘Talk About It’, which sold 30 000 copies in the first 30 minutes of its release, earning him several awards and respect in the Nigerian music industry.

Meanwhile in his latest collabo with Ice Prince for his single “Can I talk” ,  M.I said “I cant leave rap, I’m gotta do it for****, already got prosperity, I’m doing this for legacy!

At this point, one would wonder what sort of game the rapper is up to.
