Imo State Rochas Okorocha, was among the 33-man delegation that accompanied General Muhammadu Buhari on the 4-day trip to the United States on Sunday, July 19, 2015.
In the course of the visit, Okorocha got the opportunity to grab a handshake with President Barack Obama which was captured.
On return from the visit Okorocha erected huge billboards of the shot in the state and a handful of social media users found this extremely distasteful.
They lashed out on Okocha for still allowing inferiority complex cloud his sense of reasoning to the point that he would take such step.
They lambasted him for neglecting the promised change in the state and opting for an advertisement of his photo with Obama instead.
Moreover, viral shots showed Okorocha in deep slumber during one of the meetings in America.

After 4 years plus, Rochas ONLY achievement in Imo state as a governor is to have a handshake with Obama and erect a billboard for it.
