A huge Hippopotamus was caught on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at the Dadinkowa dam town of Gombe State.
It was learnt that the animal had been terrorizing farmers and fishermen in the area for more than one week.
The residents reportedly embarked on a hunt for the animal after it escaped on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 despite being shot about five times by the hunters.
A source identified as Nazir Muktar shared the development on Twitter.
