Wife of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Senator representing Lagos Central Senatorial District, Remi Tinubu has taken a swipe at President Muhammadu Buhari for failing to fulfill the promise he made to women during the 2015 election campaign.
Speaking on the floor of the Senate on Tuesday, January 26, 2015, Senator Tinubu accused the President Buhari for not including enough women in the running of the government of the day.
While lamenting the fact that women got the least allocation in the 2016 budget, Senator Tinubu went n to accuse the President of neglecting women in the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps after using them for election purposes.
