SEE Fayose’s Igbo Attire To Ikpeazu’s Thanksgiving That Everyone Is Talking About (PHOTOS)

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State has hit the headlines again following his unique Igbo traditional attire which he wore to the Thanksgiving Service of Abia State Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.

The service is taking place on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the Umuahia Township Stadium in the state.

Governor Ikpeazu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), deemed the thanksgiving fit following the recent judgement by the Supreme court which upheld his election as the current Governor of the state.

The apex court on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 upheld Ikepazu’s victory in the April 2015 governorship elections thereby nullifying the Appeal Court’s verdict that declared Alex Otti, his closest rival of All Progressives Grand Alliance,  APGA the winner.

Addressing his people, Governor Ikpeazu said: “Our victory is not a personal victory, it is a triumph for Democracy. It is not about me, it is about what God wants to do for Abia state.

“As I speak, today we have six roads ready for commissioning. This why I have the confidence to say, I am a common Governor, for the interest of common people of Abia state.”
