Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa had on the night of Monday, December 8, 2014 emerged the winner of the governorship primary of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State with 406 votes.
Another aspirant Ndudi Elumelu, cinched 50 votes and Godsday Orubebe had 49 votes.
