There are terrible people, even among the brethren, who seek to create disunity and discord: they feel aggrieved and bitter and would go to any length to get others to be on their side, and against the church leadership or other people involved. You must carefully avoid such people.
You own your mind and it’s you who will give account to God for whatever you do with it, or permit. Don’t let anyone involve you in their mess. Some people are drowning and they want to take others down with them: refuse to be the unwise one. Live a life of love and stay focused on Jesus.
Love covers a multitude of sins. When you see a gossip and a revealer of secrets, you’ve seen someone who’s not walking in love. Beware of foes disguised as friends! Beware of people who act as if they are concerned, but have ulterior motives. Don’t be a partaker of other people’s sins. Whatever doesn’t promote peace, progress and unity shouldn’t be associated with you.
