A 35-year old Mexican professional wrestler, Perro Aguayo has died during a match after a stunt he planned to carry out went wrong.
Surprisingly, the other wrestlers carried on the tag-tam match with his limp body hanging from the ring ropes.
The Baja California state prosecutor’s officer said they were launching a manslaughter investigation as to the cause of the death, although it appears to have been a freak accident.
Aguayo began wrestling at the age of 15 and was the son of a retired Mexican wrestling legend, Pedro Snr.See photos from the incident below (click on any image to enlarge)
