Mrs Funmi Folorunso, wife of an officer of Nigerian Road Transport Workers, NURTW, has been ahot dead in Akure, the Ondo state capital.
The gunmen are said to have trailed her and sho her dead as she approached her residence at Oda Road, in the Kajola area of Akure around 10:pm on Monday, December 28, 2020.
She was shot point blank in her vehicle where she died on the spot.
The deceased was laid to rest same day at their residence.
She is survived by her husband, Comrade Marcus Folorunso, a former branch chairman of Ado Garage in Akure the Ondo state Capital and their daughter.
