A man, Zia Segule was shot on the chest by his wife, Tiffany Segule on Friday, January 9, 2015 after he mistakenly pressed the burglar alarm while he rushed into the house to treat his wife to a surprise breakfast in bed in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The 27-year-old woman immediately pulled the trigger through the bedroom door after she heard the alarm from the “intruder” without knowing it was actually her husband who is a soldier at Fort Bragg.
Mrs Segule who must have felt fulfilled after shooting the supposed bugler was shocked to the marrows when she opened the door only to discover her husband on the ground outside the house.
According to reports, Mr. Segule was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, and it appears that he’s going to be fine.
