An unidentified woman had woken up one morning only to be interrupted by the sight of a strange little baby in her bed in the in Battle Creek area of United State of Michigan.
The confused woman alerted the attention of the Police in the area who arrived the scene and took the baby until the Child Protective Services team arrived the scene.
It was later discovered that the woman’s son had dropped off the child before going out for the night and didn’t tell his mother, who was asleep at the time, according to Fox 17.
Although the child reportedly appeared to be enjoying the stay with the Police officials on duty as they made provisions of some toys- Matchbox cars, teddy bears and beanie babies with which the child kept busy. They went further to announce the discovery of the unknown baby.
Following announcements by the police on Sunday, December 7, 2014, the baby was identified and plans are in place to return the baby to its mother.
Meanwhile the Child Protective Services is currently investigating the case to unravel the mystery surrounding the baby’s discovery.
