Two University students were caught in the middle of a steamy sex escapade on a sidewalk close to their school early in the morning.
Yang Hao,19, of Hong Kong Baptist University was caught having sex with an 18-year-old lady, Wu Xinyi from China, outside the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Ho Man Tin, where she is a student.
The amorous duo were subsequently arrested and charged to court for outraging public decency, but they both pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against them at the Kowloon City Court.
However, two hours after watching the video of the act, the woman returned to court and pleaded guilty to the charges after which she was released on bail.
She will likely be sentenced to probation and community service on Wednesday, July 8, 2015.
On the other hand, Hao maintained his innocence and was also released on bail although his next trial was scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2015.
According to World Wide Weird News, prosecutors will show the jury the video of the sex acts. They will also bring 5 witnesses who saw the couple engaging in sex.
The court previously heard that a security guard from the Polytechnic had found the couple having intercourse at a bus stop on Fat Kwong Street, Hung Hom, at about 4am on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
The police got hold of them as soon as they were done dressing up after the escapade.
Meanwhile, several video clips recording the couple later went viral.
