The Federal House of Representatives on Thursday, April 23, 2015 passed the 2015 budget, approving N4.493 trillion for the year.
A breakdown of the budget presented by John Owan Enoh, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) lawmaker from Cross River state and Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations shows the following:

Former Presidents/Heads of State and Vice Presidents/Chiefs of General Staff – N2.3 billion
Public service wage adjustment for MDAs (including arrears of promotion and salary increases) – N38.98 billion
Improved remuneration package for Nigerian police – N11.755 billion
Presidential Amnesty programme – N63,281,093,786
Debt servicing – N953.62 billion
Youth development – N69.42 billion
Office of the National Security Adviser (NSA) – N62.22 billion
