An obviously upset woman of 40 years old did the most outrageous thing in the court out of sheer frustration after she was convicted for sexually abusing a taxi driver.

“While leaving the court, Lynn Birch spotted a reporter and photographer from her local newspaper and lifted her top with her boobs exposed and screamed “You can put this on page three!”

During her trial on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 Rotherham Magistrates Court were told that Birch had asked the taxi driver for sex and invited him over to her apartment in South Yorkshire, England where she fondled him even when he told her he was married with children.

The victim immediately called the attention of the police after she offered to sell the services of other women for £100 per hour, Mirror UK reports.

A one count charge of sexual assault was brought against her in the court which she initially pleaded not guilty to later admitted being guilty after she was told that the incident had been filmed by the cabbie’s security camera.

Meanwhile, the taxi driver who suffered emotional distress and is being counseled did not show up at the court but prosecutor Miss Diane Goodwell said he had quit his job since the attack, which he found “upsetting and disturbing”.

The prosecutor asked for £600 compensation, adding that Birch had a history of binge drinking and drunken disorder.

The district judge Jonathan Taaffe disclosed to Birch that she could face jail for the assault.

He told her, “This is a serious matter – a sexual assault on a taxi driver doing his public duty which has had devastating consequences for him.

“The fact that it is female-on-male does not lessen the seriousness of it in any way and I will consider all options, including custody.”

The case was adjourned for further hearing and Birch was released on bail ahead of sentencing on Thursday, February 12, 2015.
