Police officials have arrested a professor who battered a student after forcing him to eat some poo and drink urine in class.
The attention of the police was drawn by the victim’s coworker which fuelled the arrest of the 52-year-old professor identified only as Jang.
He was arraigned on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 on the charges of assault in South Korea for committing such grave offence for about 16 times.
Investigation by police officials in Seongnam Jungwon revealed that the suspect had been abusing the victim, Jeon for about two years right from when he was working for him at a Non Governmental Organization, NGO.
The professor and three other staff battered him with weapons and told him that he was undergoing punishment for his mistakes.
World Wide Weird News reports that in addition to the beatings, the victim was subjected to other forms of torture such as bags placed on his head filled with pepper spray.
It was learnt from the victim that he endured the assault from the professor hoping that he would become a professor in future.
