Looks like congratulations are in order!
It was nothing short of a celebration Thursday night for Lane Bryant, as the plus-size retailer debuted their Isabel Toledo collection with a fashion show in NYC.
The show featured the gorgeous Robyn Lawley, as well as Julie Henderson and Ashley Graham — two of the newest models on IMG’s roster. Judging by the flurry of photos and activity it sparked on social media, the debut was a great success.
This marks Isabel Toledo’s first fashion show with the retailer, and was the first designer collaboration for Lane Bryant. They also recently announced that Sophie Theallet would design a lingerie line for them this spring.
With the debut of this trendier collection, as well as the rising popularity of more fashion-forward plus-size retailers, it looks like the industry is (slowly) starting to understand that style is not limited to size 12 and under.
