A man who loves to walk around his house totally naked even oblivious of the embarrassing eyes of his inquisitive kids has been reported to the police by concerned neighbours.
The man whose identity was not disclosed was captured by one of the neighbours while he was standing naked in his doorway at Charlotte, North Carolina.
After filing the report with expectation that the police would arrest the man for refusing to put on clothes, the neighbours got the disappointment of their lives when the officials told them that the man had the right to smoke in his own house whether clad or unclad.
The police said it was not illegal for someone to walk around naked on his own property.
Under state law, indecent exposure occurs when suspects willfully expose private parts in a public place and in the presence of another person.
People in the Cardinal Glen neighborhood are protesting the man’s action, saying that this occurs several times a week, according to World Wide Weird News.
It was alleged that the man smokes a cigarette or talks on the phone in his naked state while standing at the doorway to the full glare of both passers-by and his little kids.
