The circle of life took flight in a video captured by sightseers in Africa.
A pair of lionesses stalks their prey before making a run in the Shamwari Game Reserve in South Africa. The gathered antelope scatter, and one takes to the air.
Dramatically, the antelope manages to twist away from the first lioness — but is snagged midair by the second. The huntresses then team up to drag the creature into the underbrush, where it is presumably devoured.
“That is sick,” a woman’s voice can be heard saying as the lionesses double-team the antelope.
