Bello Matawalle, the Zamfara State governor, has confirmed two cases of coronavirus in the state.
Recall that the NCDC while confirming new cases in the country noted that Zamafara State recorded two cases.
Matawalle in a series of tweets on his Twitter page on Sunday, April 26, 2020, expressed readiness to fight the disease.
I regret to announce the occurrence of 2 cases of #covid_19 in our state. On this note, I'd like to strongly advice our people to adhere to all safety guidelines. I'll InshaaAllah communicate further measures our Government will take against the spread of the disease.
