Leave it up to Kelly Osbourne to bring new meaning to the term “pin-up hair.”
The 29-year-old star hosted a Cadillac and Refinery29 party in Los Angeles, California on Thursday and walked a fine line daring and dangerous with her ‘do. She sported her purple undercut adorned with safety pins. Thankfully, the gigantic pins weren’t clasped to her shaved scalp because that would likely have been quite painful.
Osbourne recently told HuffPost Style, “I love pushing boundaries but I do realize that takes a lot of courage and bravery.”
