A 58-year-old married man had been arrested after the police found 21 pieces of women’s sexual organs in his freezer following a tip-off.
South African police said on Sunday, September 20, 2015 that they also found scalpels, anaesthetics and other medical materials in the Bloemfontein home of the suspect, a father of two.
Police spokesman, Hangwani Mulaudzi, said: “We are not sure how many victims there are; we are in the process of tracing them.”
Mulaudzi said forensics experts were examining the frozen tissues and the suspect would appear in a Bloemfontein court on Monday under suspicion of sexual misconduct.
